King Halo is an Uma Musume with wavy brown hair that falls to her shoulders, parted to the right with a single strand framing her face. A section of hair beneath her right ear is tied into a small side ponytail with a green bow adorned with gold charms, and she wears blue ear covers on both ears. She has fair skin and striking crimson eyes.

Her racing outfit is an elaborate green dress accented with violet stripes and gold trim, fastened at the front with large buttons and layered over a voluminous petticoat. The ensemble is paired with violet gloves, thigh-high stockings with frilled tops and garters, and simple white buckled heels. She also decorates her tail with a blue ribbon featuring dangling geometric gold ornaments.

Strong-willed and proud, King Halo possesses an unyielding spirit and strives to overcome any challenge in order to be recognized as a true first-class lady. Though her relationship with her accomplished mother—a renowned Uma Musume and designer—is strained, she hopes to someday earn her approval and prove herself worthy as her daughter. Among her fellow students and admirers, however, she is already widely respected, and many enthusiastically praise her as befitting the title of "King".
