Michiru, also known as Micchi, is an exchange student from England. Being very amorous, he often makes romantic advances at Karin as well as Kazune. Micchi is also an orphan: his parents were killed in a car accident. Kazune's "father" saved him and gave him his ring. He is in the same grade as Karin but is older than his other classmates because he spent a year in the hospital. In Chu, his ring has the the power of Neptune.
