One day a mysterious man, who Miho likes to call Mr. Mysterious, buys her these two dinasour-like fairies, Pigu and Mogu. Pigu and Mogu use their magic to give Miho a magic sketchbook and pen so she can make herself older and change into the model/singer, Fancy LaLa!!
